Then hammer throws with new spiked boots
These were good didn’t throw as far have to get used to them but can tell in time ill be able to throw further you can really lay the heat on it not worry about feet moving but may over pull and fall on your butt LOL

Discus 5 throws
Light weight for distance
5 cast, 5 spins, 7 throws
