training in Nor Cal

OK got moved starting to settle in

15 hour drive friday went ahead and went to the gym to DL saturday. nothing to heavy but felt good considering

worked to 575 x 3 x 3 sets

today monday went and squatted felt worse today than saturday back shot

just did 445 x 3 x 3 but got something in

going to take me a bit to get on schedule but its a start.
