Deadlifting

Just easing things up over the next few months punching the clock

Deadlift
155 x 5
265 x 3
355 x 1 x 2
445 x 1
535 x 1
585 x 3 x 3
625 x 1 x 2 sets
the 585's were easy but didnt feel right
the 625's though felt like I could clean them was finally getting on my heals and tight

Clean pulls
355 x 3 x 5 sets

going to hit a lot of light volume and get back to GM's and such I used to be strong as hell at these
ease into it

GM's
265 x 8
155 x 15

Back extension
BW x 20 x 2 sets
bw + 45 x 15

abs 10 x 2 sets

thats it good session
