Pushing schedule ahead a day as Ill be coaching Saturday

A few DB oh press and chins

Then hammer throws with new spiked boots
These were good didn’t throw as far have to get used to them but can tell in time ill be able to throw further you can really lay the heat on it not worry about feet moving but may over pull and fall on your butt LOL

Afternoon

OH DB Press
10 reps 10 sets varied loads

Pull Ups varied grip
3 x 10 sets

Discus 5 throws

Light weight for distance
5 cast, 5 spins, 7 throws
