10/12/08 Deload training

I am deloading of sorts this week mainly not doing anything heavy deadlift and squat wise. Just did some reps this morning on bench got my pump on

bar x 10
95 x 10
135 x 10
225 x 10 x 7 sets

Rows
few warm ups then 70lbs x 40 reps each arm

thats it
then a nice big omelet for breakfast with Bacon, tomato, cheese and avocado.
