585 x 1 easy felt light just kinda slow
655 x 1 x 2sets slow again but they didn’t feel heavy I’m just not able for some reason to give everything I got

OK had to say SHUT up to my brain and quit thinking and start Lifting again, get alil pissed of. Its time My injuries are feeling better things feel light just slow as Im thinking to much. In the end it was an OK day Not bad for as much volume im doing on the squatting of late
