Man, its catching up with me I’m tired and feel ran downs going to not have a plan just go in and get what I can today

bar x 2 sets
135 x 2 sets
225x 2 sets
315 x 2 sets
405 x 2 sets
455 x 2 sets
495 x 2 sets
545 x1

Harder then they should have been but all were good and deep

front squat
275 x 3 x 10 sets deep

some throwing and such

not much but I ate the big frog, productive day
