Throw training

-Light weight for distance
Working on the double spin and foot work getting better

- Open stone
Working on lower body explosion and hip turn
Need a lot of work the minute I get weight in my hands my upper body wants to take over

Hammer = 1 warm up throw and I broke the handle LOL
