Not feeling great but just get something going here after the move

First two sets sucked on the 455 hit the pins hard on one then the last three felt good. Hips were starting to loosen up
Front squat
285 x 5 x 3
Press outs
95 x 10
145 x 10
195 x 10 x 2
that’s it.
