I want to slowly push this to where I am hitting 700 in a fatigued state after hitting my triples

Clean grip hang snatch few sets

300lb Keg loading over 48Inch bar
3 sets

That it got in late so had little energy but everything went great just didn’t get in everything planned. Not bad for a first day back. Ill get it all in next week might do extra tomorrow.

  1. What body weight are you at the moment. Do you stay around this weight year round or do you fluctuate a bit. Just wondering. Good lifting numbers though.

  2. I'm right around 250 give or take 5 lbs day to day. I'm aiming to get back up to 275 -280 and go for the 800lb raw DL right now 700 is a pretty routine opener.

    I pulled my easiest non meet 700 about 2 months ago down at Mark Rippetoes gym. Just going to keep punching the clock on the triples until that runs out and then go back to my bread and butter of lots of heavy work in the rack.
