Fat burners of some sort or the other have been used for decades. People always have and always will look for that magic pill, the easy way out. That is why I start with this disclaimer: Not ONE of these products, or any fat loss product should be used unless you have your nutrition and an exercise program nailed down tight. You should be losing weight prior to using a product or you are NOT putting in work needed to sustain this long term and make it habit -- a life style. Then, and only then, a supplement should be added as an aid to help you lose more fat mass, preserve lean mass, give you energy to make it through the day, and suppress those hunger pangs.
